Our style of cleaning
Ultimately the customer has full control over the cost of the Clean. We charge hourly, the trick with this is our experience and knowledge on what it takes to clean efficiently. Everything in this industry can change, such as hard-to-reach windows, grout in toilets/ Bathtubs, Appliances or, a different style of clean such as post-construction cleanup. Post-construction cleans will always be more effort with mops and brooms because of the severity of the dust. Appliance cleaning times vary based on how dirty the items are or the length of time it has been since the last deep clean, etc.
We are locally owned and operated. Colt Clean Team is the highest paying cleaning company in Indiana which helps us hire the best and brightest employees. We encourage our cleaners with bonus pay for any positive review they receive from a customer. This keeps our cleaners focused and ready to finish any job at hand.
Meet the Owner:
My name is William Hardin, I have been in the cleaning industry since 2015. Born and raised in Lexington, KY. I finished my football career with the Lindsey Wilson College, from there I started working with a locally owned Moving company in Lexington, KY (Wildcat Moving) where I found great work ethic and opportunity. During this time, I also got involved with my brother Jamison Hardin, to learn the basics of move in-move out cleaning Services. After years of applying a proven business model, my family and I decided to expand to Indiana. Here we have started Colt Moving, Indiana’s #1 moving company and have provided the same quality experience learned from our time in Lexington. After years of experience in the cleaning industry and being partnered with Colt Moving we also decided to start The Colt Clean Team, where we are excited to provide excellent quality cleans at a fair price.
